Analytics & privacy
Analytics
Section titled “Analytics”Analytics shows engagement, mood trends, eNPS and recognition by team and by value. Add and arrange widgets to build your own view, and use Explore to dig into a team.
What stays private
Section titled “What stays private”- Mood is aggregated. Teams and the company only, groups of at least 3 people.
- Individuals appear as a worded status, doing well, okay or may need support, based on their last 5 ratings. You never see their scores, trend or comments.
- Wellbeing alerts. If a comment matches crisis wording, the author sees help contacts immediately and you get a team-level alert without a name.
Revealing an anonymous entry
Section titled “Revealing an anonymous entry”For a serious safety concern you can reveal who wrote an anonymous kudos, comment or pulse answer:
- you confirm, in two steps, that it is for safety reasons only,
- the reveal is written to the audit log with your name and the time,
- the person is not notified,
- the whole company can reveal at most 10% of colleagues per month (at least 1). Revealing the same person again in a month doesn’t count twice.
Managers and analytics
Section titled “Managers and analytics”Managers can open Analytics unless you switch that off for them.
Export
Section titled “Export”Export data as CSV or Excel. For automatic exports to BI tools, use the API.
